8-10 businesses were on hand to hear from Chuck Lee of C.E. Lee Decorating Center.
His business was completly destroyed by fire and in a little over a week he was back in operation.

Indiana Response and Preparedness Corps Now Recruiting!

The American Red Cross of St. Joseph County, in collaboration with AmeriCorps, has created the Indiana Response and Preparedness Corps, which offers the opportunity to serve with AmeriCorps and the Red Cross in 5 locations across Indiana. Response to the Indiana Flooding/Tornadoes and Other Disasters
The St. Joseph County chapter has sent a total of 19 volunteers, including six with HUMMERs from the HOPE program, as well as its Emergency Response Vehicle, to Central Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, West Virginia and Minnesota, to aid in Red Cross disaster relief efforts.
