Volunteer Orientation

One of the first step towards becoming a Red Cross volunteer is to attend a Volunteer Orientation. Here you'll learn about the history of the Red Cross, our mission, what we do, and how you can get involved. Orientations are offered free of charge and are located at the St. Joseph County Red Cross building located at 3220 East Jefferson Blvd, South Bend, IN 46615.

Orientation Schedule

When:  Orientations are held the 3rd Thursday of every month from 9:00 am - 10:30 am AND the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm.

Where:  All orientations are held at the St. Joseph County Chapter, 3220 East Jefferson Blvd, South Bend, IN 46615 (map).

How:  To register for an orientation, e-mail Gena at robinson@stjoe-redcross.org or call her at (574) 234-0191 x 31. The orientation will be cancelled if there are no registered participants at least 24 hours before each scheduled date.
